Cellulite is a combination of fibrous tissue and fat chambers, both of which are responsible for the lumpy skin appearance. The majority of women, and quite a few men, have some level of cellulite, most often concentrated in the hips, buttocks and thighs. Although extremely common, even to women who are quite thin, cellulite has not yet met its conqueror. The most effective processes to reduce the appearance of cellulite are Skin Tightening through 1) radio frequency and 2) injections which help Break Down the Fiber Strands.

1) Thermage Cellulite treatments take advantage of the skin's natural response to heat. By creating high temperatures in the deeper layers of the skin - even into the fat layers, the tightening that occurs helps smooth the surface of the skin, minimizing the dimpling that is more apparent in loser skin. 1. If you're tired, so is your skin. Sleep can make a big difference in how your skin looks and functions. If you're prone to keep the midnight oil burning more than you should, try adding just one extra hour of sleep for a week and see the difference it will make.
2. Fish - Yes, you hear about it all the time. There are a multitude of studies  that prove the benefits of Omega3 oils  found in fish such as salmon on skin function and skin appearance.
3. Water. Plain and simple hydration may solve some of the issues you have with clogged pores and surface wrinkles. Carbonated soda is a skin "enemy". The sodium levels in one 12 ounce soda can wreck the balance of your skin hydration all day long.
4. SUNSCREEN - Not a nourishment per se, but it is an absolute necessity if you want to prevent undue photo damage from UV rays.
